On one hand consumers are being universally criticised for
running up significant amounts of debt on credit cards, yet
conversely many companies are capitalising on the growing credit
card debt, from charities and political organisations to
football clubs, the Association of Surgeons and somewhat
ironically ActionAid, an international development agency whose
aim is to fight poverty worldwide.

Five Defining Characteristics of Great CEOs
1. Personal insight. Great CEOs are great leaders. They know
themselves and what they stand for. They have been called on all
their lives as problem solvers because others know them to be

after a series of civil rights "victories", the roots of
Affirmative Action were laid into law. This was at a time when
black ...

Bridging loans can be used for a wide range of uses and put

Improving Customer Satisfaction Through Incentive Compensation
Halifax Electric Membership Corporation, in Enfield North
Carolina, wanted to make sure they were meeting the needs of its
12,000 customers, who also happen to be its owners. They

INC., of Vienna, VA, to focus employees on improving customer
satisfaction. During the ensuing years, satisfaction ratings
have moved up from 8.58 to 9.08 in 2004, a record that others

At a recent Internet Conference that my sons and I were
teaching, I was reminded about one of the most serious problems
that we all face in Internet Marketing, and that is information
overload
What do I mean? Let's look at a typical day in the life of an
Internet Marketer.
9am... you sit down to your computer, with the intent of writing
a new website, because you just KNOW that this will be the most
profitable project you ever built. But before you get into that,
you'd better check your ...
